Transfer of shares held in treasury

Caffyns plc ("the Company") announces that on 10^th October 2016 it transferred to participants in the Company's employee SAYE scheme 4,014 ordinary shares for the exercise of options under the SAYE 2013 scheme at a price of 312 pence per share.  The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares. The Company has received the proceeds of £12,523.68 in cash.

Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 88,136 of its ordinary shares in treasury.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) is 2,791,162.
