Directors’ Shareholdings

The Company has been informed that, on 6^th May 2020, 25000  shares were gifted to Simon Caffyn, Chief Executive Officer by  Mrs Ann Caffyn (mother of Simon Caffyn.

The shares were gifted for nil consideration.

Following this notification of this transaction, Mrs Caffyn has a beneficial holding in the Company, of 33,336 ordinary shares representing 1.23% of the ordinary shares of the Company.

The percentage of ordinary shares noted above excludes shares held in treasury.
