Sale of freehold property at Brooks Road, Lewes

 

Further to its announcements on 30 October 2024 and 26 November 2024 (the “Announcements”) regarding the proposed sale of its freehold premises at Brooks Road, Lewes to Lidl Great Britain Limited (the “Disposal”) and in accordance with UKLR 7.3.3, Caffyns confirms that completion of the Disposal and settlement of the consideration due took place on 19 December 2024.

 

Caffyns also confirms that there has been no material change affecting any matter contained in the Announcements.
