Change of directors

Caffyns announces the retirement of its Finance Director, Michael Warren, with effect from 5 January 2026. Michael has served in his role for ten years and the Board thanks him for his outstanding work over that period and wishes him well for his retirement.

Caffyns also announces his replacement with the appointment of Joelle Timperley as Chief Financial Officer, also with effect from 5 January 2026. Joelle is a qualified accountant with many years of experience in the UK energy sector and with Iveco Trucks. She will bring a wealth of knowledge to her new role. Joelle and Michael will work together for a period of time in early 2026 to ensure a smooth transition of the role.
