Caffyns plc announces that the Board has resolved to appoint Stephen Bellamy as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Nigel Gourlay, Non-Executive Director has been appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Both appointments are effective from 26^th September 2022.

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of 9.6.11(3) of the Listing Rules.
