Caffyns PLC announces that it has today exchanged unconditional contracts for
the sale of its freehold premises in St Johns Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent for a
cash consideration of £845,000. Completion on the sale will be on 8 July. An
exceptional gain before taxation of approximately £510,000 has arisen on the
sale. The proceeds will be applied in reducing Group borrowings.
