Notification of Interim Payment on Preference Shares
Caffyns plc ("the Company") would like to announce that payment to shareholders
of 6.5% cumulative preference shares and 10% cumulative preference shares on the
Register on 28th September 2006 will receive an interim payment of 3.25 pence
per share and 5 pence per share respectively on 2nd October 2006.
