NOTIFICATION OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT ON PREFERENCE SHARES
Caffyns plc announces that shareholders of the 6.5% Cumulative Preference shares and the 10% Cumulative Preference shares on the Register on 19 March 2009 will receive an interim payment of 3.25 pence per share and 5.0 pence per share respectively on 1 April 2009.
