Holding in Company
We were notified on 6 April 2009 by GAM International Management Ltd on behalf of GAM Exempt Trust-UK Opportunities Fund that their beneficial interest in the ordinary share capital of Caffyns plc has increased to 102,834 ordinary shares, which is 3.6% of the ordinary share capital (previously 3.1%).
We were also notified on behalf of GAM UK Diversified Fund that their beneficial interest in the share capital of Caffyns plc has reduced to 195,382 ordinary shares, which is 6.8% of the ordinary share capital (previously 7.2%).
