Caffyns plc today announces that Mr Nick Hollingworth has accepted the position
of Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st March 2008. Mr Hollingworth is
currently Group Chief Executive of Austin Reed Group Limited, formerly Austin
Reed plc which de-listed from the London Stock Exchange on 8 January 2007. There
are no other disclosures required in respect of Mr Hollingworth pursuant to
Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority.
